Lynn University Goes Smoke Free Fall 2016

Have you heard the healthy news?  Lynn University will become a smoke free campus fall semester 2016.

The American College Health Association adopted a “no tobacco use” policy and encourages colleges and universities to be diligent in their efforts to achieve a 100-percent indoor and outdoor campus-wide tobacco-free environment.

This fall, Lynn University will join nearly 1,500 colleges and universities in becoming a tobacco-free campus. The move goes into effect Aug. 1, 2016, and is intended to safeguard the well-being of our students, employees and the community at large. Further information, including the university’s formal policy on a smoke-free environment, is available online.
