Get Points for Attending Programs!

The Knights Rewards program sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs is to increase school spirit and tradition while also creating excitement and attendance at University-wide programs and activities.

All events sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs give you the opportunity to earn points for rewards! By attending these events and swiping your Lynn ID Card, points will automatically be added to your account.

At the 15 and 25 point levels, you can keep your points as you earn the two prize packages—our gift to you! After 45 points, you must “spend” your points on the other prize levels. These prizes include Lynn apparel and Gift Cards to your favorite stores!

All programs will be 1 point.

General Forms

Below are various forms and resources that student organizations will use throughout the academic year.  If you have any questions or concerns, stop by the Center for Student Involvement on the second floor of the Student Center, or email jfitzpatrick@lynn.edu.
Use this form to reserve space on campus and include your equipment requests and setup.  This will be used for all meetings, events and other types of programs.

This is a tier system used to classify organizations.

This worksheet should be completed with your organizations advisor in order to open up dialogue about the advisor and member responsibilities. Submit the completed worksheet to JFitzpatrick@Lynn.edu.

This worksheet outlines in a simple way how your organization is structured. This document should be reviewed annually, and any changes should be submitted to JFitzpatrick@Lynn.edu as soon as possible.

You must be logged in to join this group.

Track and record your volunteer hours!

As you are making an impact in our community, we want to know about it! Whether you are volunteering individually, or with an organization, help us keep track of all the great service work you are doing by completing this form, Service Hours Log. If you have any questions, or are interested in volunteering, email Stephanie Peguillan at speguillan@lynn.edu.

The Center for Student Involvement provides opportunities for students to participate in social, cultural, intellectual, leadership and service opportunities and activities.
