myLynn, Jenzabar maintenance 10/15/17 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm

Application upgrade

Action Plan:

Information Systems will be upgrading Jenzabar to version 6.5.4  

Service Window Timeline:

Start: 6:00 p.m. on 10/15/2017

End: 9:00 p.m. on 10/15/2017 

Affected Service(s):

myLynn services will be intermittent during the service windows.  Jenzabar and the attendance application will be unavailable during the upgrade. The following system/equipment will be upgraded during this maintenance windows:

  • Jenzabar (on campus and remote)

Post Upgrade:

There will be computer updates after the maintenance. Please make sure you reboot your computer on Monday 10/16/17 and wait for the application to upgrade.
