2018 Annual Enrollment

Annual Open Enrollment starts Monday, November 6, 2017!

This year, the annual open enrollment period for full-time, benefits eligible employees runs from Nov 6, 2017 to Nov 17, 2017.

As always, this is the ONE and ONLY time of year that employees may change, add or drop benefit elections outside of a qualifying life event. Please note that voluntary employee contributions to Flexible Spending, Health Savings, and Dependent Care Accounts WILL NOT automatically roll over into 2018. To continue enrollment for any of these types of accounts, new elections must be made during open enrollment.

The university has worked closely with its benefits partners to provide you with a comprehensive and competitive benefit package at a great value.  As your benefit needs may change each year, be sure to review your current benefit elections and evaluate your options for next year during this open enrollment period.

What Benefits Do I Have?

You can view your current benefit elections on MyLynn either on the "My Benefits" or through the payroll statements accessible on the “My Pay and My Info” page.  (Please note – you must login to access this information).

When Do Benefits Become Effective?

Benefits become effective on January 1, 2018. Current coverage under Aetna will expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2017. Employees will not experience any gap in coverage due to the vendor change for medical and dental.
