Compliance and Risk Resource Library

As part of Compliance Awareness Month, this week will focus on the Code of Conduct and Risk Management. While the Office of Compliance primarily seeks to assist campus partners in fulfilling the vast regulatory and legal compliance obligations of the University, the Office of Compliance is also here to promote the code of conduct and to mitigate risk. Compliance, ethical conduct, and risk management require professionals to juggle a lot of information on a diverse range of topics. To assist campus partners in their day-to-day compliance work, a Compliance and Risk Management Resources Library has been created containing best practice information from a variety of resources pertaining to campus wide topics such as:

  • Title IX
  • Environmental Health and Safety
  • Data Privacy and Security
  • Consumer Disclosures
  • FERPA
  • ADA
  • Minors on Campus
  • Concussion Management

If you are interested in gaining access to this library, please send an email to LFink@lynn.edu. Additionally, please be aware that the Office of Compliance is available to conduct research and answer questions related to any risk or compliance issues or concerns you are facing.
