Making your event a success

Are your guests coming from the outside community?

For all events that will have guests from outside of our university community, an Events with Outside Guests Form must be completed and approved. This form has to be completed before your event can take place. This is to make our various departments across campus aware of what to expect from your event. If any recommendations are given these need to be accommodated in order to make our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while they are here.
