Do you know what your budget is or why you should even have one?
If your event will need table cloths, flowers, food service, security or other decorations please make sure you have room in your budget.
The university has a limited amount of furniture and AV equipment that have no fees. Anything above or beyond our inventory will result in a rental fee.
Depending on the time of day and location of your event a security officer may need to be present for your event.
There is an hourly rate for Security.
