New spaces are available for booking events and meetings through the 25Live system. Due to the nature/location of these spaces, the request can be denied if an event is not “appropriate” for that area. Rooms/spaces in the Indimi International Business Center (IBC) and the library should only be used for meetings and study groups, etc.—not for parties or loud events, unless approved.

ALL IBC study rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors must be booked. You can book directly onsite through the screen beside the door on the day of your event, or for immediate use, if available. The screens only allow reservations for the current day. To book one of those spaces for a future date and time, please submit your request through 25Live.

IB214: can also be used for a conference room, 12 chairs, conference style table, TV monitor
IB216: high table connected to wall with 2 TV monitors, 5 chairs
IB218: low table connected to wall with 2 TV monitors, 5 chairs
IB312: 4 chairs, round table, TV monitor
IB314: can also be used as a conference room, 12 chairs, conference-style table, TV monitor
IB316: high table connected to wall with 2 TV monitors, 5 chairs
IB318: low table connected to wall with 2 TV monitors, 5 chairs
IB320: 3 chairs, round table, TV monitor
