Lynn has begun construction on a new residence hall for upperclassmen made possible thanks to a generous gift from Mary and the late Harold Perper. The Mary and Harold Perper Residence Hall will be located on the south end of campus on the site of the previous intramural field. The hall will house 170 students and is designed as apartments with several bedrooms adjacent to a living room and kitchen. It is projected to open in fall 2017.
